Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). During peak seasons, holidays, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times & Delivery

We ship worldwide! Estimated delivery times vary by location:

United States, Canada, UK, Europe: 2-4 weeks

Australia, New Zealand: 2-4 weeks

Rest of the world: 3-5 weeks

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and local postal service delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not covered by Podium Plaza. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us at info@podiumplaza.com, and we will assist you in locating your package or issuing a refund if necessary.

Wrong Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost shipments. If the package is returned to us, we can reship it, but additional shipping fees may apply.
